Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data

Dear Visitor, we would like to inform you within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law. According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), your personal data, including your data that makes your identity specific or identifiable and your special category personal data, may be processed by Colos Logistics Inc. ("Company") as the data controller.

The processing of personal data refers to any operation performed upon personal data such as collecting, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying, or preventing the use of the data.

The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. We assure you that we will take all necessary measures and continue to be highly transparent in this matter.

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data collected may be processed for the following purposes: ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and those who have a business relationship with our Company; conducting satisfaction assessment activities for our existing customers; managing organization and events; executing sales and purchase processes; performing financial and accounting activities; conducting internal audit processes; conducting occupational health and safety activities; fulfilling notification obligations to relevant/authorized public institutions (such as Courts, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Interior, etc.); ensuring the execution of our Company's human resources policies; and executing information and physical security processes.

Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your data will be processed, stored securely, and not shared with third parties without legal legislation and your explicit consent for the purposes mentioned above. Due to obligations arising from legal legislation such as the Turkish Commercial Code, General Tax Law, Social Security Institution, Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Environmental Management Regulation, etc., your data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit firms for the purpose of conducting audit processes, intermediary/agent service providers in travel and organization, reward processes, our business partners, shareholders, affiliated group companies, and local/international organizations that we receive support in our business processes, within legal grounds and your consent.

Method of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through various channels and based on different legal grounds in the context of conducting our commercial activities. Within the scope of conducting commercial process activities, personal data may be collected through customer introduction forms, supplier information forms, communication information forms, other commercial documents, payment information, valuable papers, candidate application forms, etc., in oral, written, or electronic forms, partially or fully automated or as part of any data recording system, from domestic/foreign affiliates, partner institutions and organizations we cooperate with, official institutions, and other third parties including outside of Colos Logistics Inc.

Your Rights Under Article 11 of the PDPL
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods set out in this Clarification Text below, our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest free of charge. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context,

concerning your personal data, you have the right to:

a)Learn whether your personal data is processed,
b)Request information if your personal data has been processed,
c)Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
d) Request correction of personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately and request the process carried out in this context to be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
e) Request deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons necessitating their processing cease to exist despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of PDPL and other relevant laws, and request the process carried out in this context to be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
f) Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
g)Request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.

Data Controller and Contact Methods for Information Requests

To exercise your rights mentioned above pursuant to the PDPL, you can send your request to our Company through the channels and methods specified below. As the data subject, you must submit your requests regarding your rights in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, providing necessary documents identifying your identity. In this framework, for the efficient and quick management of your applications to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the PDPL, you need to submit your requests personally by hand or through postal mail, including the documents/information that may be requested according to your petition and the necessary documents identifying your identity.
