Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data
Under the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law, we would like to inform you. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), all your information that makes your identity specific or identifiable, including your special category personal data, may be processed by Colos Logistics Inc. ("Company") as the data controller.
The processing of personal data refers to any operation performed on personal data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, altering, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, classifying, or preventing its use.
Protecting your personal data is of vital importance to us. We assure you that we will take all necessary measures and continue to be highly transparent.
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:
Your personal data is processed in line with your explicit consent for the purpose of meeting the employee needs of our Company.
Transfer of Your Personal Data:
The data shared with us is not shared with any third party.
Method of Collecting Your Personal Data:
Your personal data is collected through Job Application Forms you have filled out and CVs you have shared with our Company.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the PDPL:
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods outlined in this Clarification Text, our Company will conclude the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee set by our Company will be charged. In this context, regarding your personal data, you have the right to:
a)Learn whether your personal data is processed,
b)Request information if your personal data has been processed,
c)Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
ç) Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) Request the correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately, and request the process carried out in this context to be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event the reasons necessitating their processing no longer apply, despite being processed in accordance with PDPL and other relevant laws, and request the process carried out in this context to be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
f) Object to any unfavorable outcome resulting from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
g)Request compensation for damages resulting from the unlawful processing of personal data.
To exercise your rights mentioned above in accordance with the PDPL, you can send your request to our Company through the channels and methods specified below. As the data subject, you need to submit your requests in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, providing necessary documents to identify your identity. In this framework, your applications to our Company under Article 11 of the PDPL should be made in person or via postal mail by providing the documents/information that may be requested according to your petition and the necessary documents to identify your identity.
